Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and over.
Employees of Serenity Dental CQ, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Requirements
Participants must follow Serenity Dental CQ on Instagram and Facebook.
Participants must like, save, and share the giveaway post and tag at least two friends in the comments.
3. Selection Process
Shortlisting:
5 participants will be shortlisted based on the severity of their dental issues and the impact a smile makeover will have on their lives.
Shortlisted participants will be required to submit a brief video discussing their entry and how a smile makeover would benefit their life.
Finalists:
From the video submissions, 3 finalists will be selected.
Finalists will be invited to attend an interview with the Principal Dentist and Practice Manager.
Winners:
Following the interviews, 1 winner will be chosen to receive the smile makeover.
4. Prize Details
The winner will receive a smile makeover valued at up to $50,000.
The total prize pool is valued at $50,000.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5. Treatment and Appointments
The winner must be available for consultations and treatments as required.
Treatments will take place at Serenity Dental CQ in Rockhampton.
Winners outside the Rockhampton area are responsible for their travel expenses to and from the clinic, which may require multiple visits.
6. Responsibilities and Consent
The Winner must provide informed consent for all treatments.
The Winner agrees to have their treatment journey documented and shared on Serenity Dental CQ’s social media channels and website.
The Winner must also agree to share their transformation journey on their own social media profiles, including both stories and feed posts.
The Winner must adhere to the treatment plan outlined by the dental professionals at Serenity Dental CQ.
7. Privacy
Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of this giveaway.
Serenity Dental CQ will not share personal information with third parties without the participant’s consent.
8. General Conditions
Serenity Dental CQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. * Serenity Dental CQ’s decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final and binding.
9. Limitation of Liability
Serenity Dental CQ is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of participating in the giveaway or accepting the prize.
